GPHC was formed in 2014, bringing together two historic clubs – Grace Park Lawn Tennis Club (Est. 1889) and Club Hawthorn (formerly The Hawthorn Club Est. 1902). See History.

​​The club offers a range of membership categories to cater  for adults, family, junior, and social members.

Grace Park Hawthorn Club (GPHC),  offers a premium sporting, fitness and function facility in a boutique, inclusive and friendly environment. Boasting first class facilities, GPHC offers access to competition across all standards of squash, tennis, racquetball and snooker and encourages social interaction amongst its members and guests.  We have a well equiped gym and are now also offering Pilates and Pickleball.​​

Tennis

GPHC is extremely active in competitive and social tennis and has a broad range of coaching programs, catering for all ages and standards.

Squash

Ever wanted to play the healthiest sport in the world? GPHC has state of the art squash courts and has a vibrant social, competition and coaching community.

Racquetball

Dive into the fast-paced, high-energy world of Racquetball, a thrilling indoor court sport that offers a fantastic full-body workout and a strategic challenge. 

Pickleball

Join the fastest-growing sport in Australia –  This incredibly fun and accessible sport blends elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, creating an engaging experience for all ages and skill levels.

Snooker

 Experience the challenge of playing on 100 year old, full size tables.

Gym

The GPHC fitness facility includes a fully equipped gymnasium for weight and cardio training. It is located downstairs in the Clubhouse and operated by the Fitness Complete team

Pilates

 Far more than just a workout, Pilates focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, balance, and posture through controlled movements and mindful breathing.

Functions

GPHC offers a unique function experience with a commercial kitchen, 2 dining spaces, 2 bars and a glorious balcony for daytime events.
